What The Office Does

Silk & Vines coordinates the financial affairs of the households we serve. Investments, corporate holdings, governance, consolidated reporting and risk are held together under a single partner who knows the family and answers for the work. External advisers on tax, banking, fiduciary and investment matters are engaged and instructed through us.

Who The Office Is For

Silk & Vines works with international families and individual principals whose affairs no single provider covers well.

Common characteristics include:

  • Entrepreneurial wealth, often held alongside operating interests

  • Investment activity across public markets, private funds and direct positions

  • Corporate and holding structures spanning more than one country

  • Multiple external advisers, engaged separately over time, whose work benefits from coordination

  • A preference for a small, senior team

What Sets Us Apart

  • A closed roster of principals, held small by design

  • Payment from one direction, with no economic interest in the providers we recommend

  • Partner ownership of every file, from introduction onward

  • A working practice of holding as little on record as the work permits

Where The Office Fits

Most principals arrive with capable providers already in place. Our role is to hold the pieces together: to know what each provider is doing, to instruct on the family's behalf, to test recommendations and to give the principal one senior counterpart to whom any question can be brought.

New relationships arise through introduction and begin with a conversation between the family and a partner.
